This 2,400 square foot Cabo San Lucas condo unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2 with king-sized beds, 1-queen sized bed, + a queen-size pull out couch in the living room, sleeps 8 comfortably. All floors, bathtubs, showers and countertops are covered in travertine marble and each room has it's own A/C and ceiling fan. The master bedroom features a Jacuzzi tub/shower, a walk-in closet, a separate sitting area for reading or relaxing and a private oceanfront terrace. Second bedroom has full bath and separate entrance onto the terrace and a beautiful ocean view and third bedroom has full bath off the living room.

The living room includes an entertainment center with TV, VCR, radio and CD player complete with a selection of popular movies and CD's. There is a full kitchen with all appliances including washer/dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and enough tableware for a party.

1/3 deposit (non-refundable) at time of booking. Balance due 60 days before reservation date.
Refunds: 2/3's if cancellation is > 30 days prior to reservation. 1/3 if cancellation is 15-30 days prior to reservation. No refund if < 15 days prior to reservation.
